Unfortunately the buy now/pay later services are not available for the subscriptions. This is not our doing, the services just do not allow it.
However, we have added one off purchase boxes so After-pay and Zip Pay can be used.
While we recommend trying out the subscription for at least 3 months to get a good feel for our wholistic approach, there is no commitment whatsoever. You may cancel your subscription at any time using the customer portal or reaching out to our team via the online chat or the contact us page.

Our Eagle Subscription is a quarterly subscription, meaning you will be billed every 3 months. To break that down, if you were to purchase today, you will be billed the $147.50 (including shipping).
You would then be charged for the next renewal on the 10th day, 3 months later.
The Essential & Birdie Subscriptions are monthly subscriptions. This is Billed per delivery, each month as per your selected interval (monthly, bi monthly, ect...).
On the product pages are drop down menu, you will find what is included in each months delivery with the "Our Boxes" dropdown.

On the Thank You page after your purchase a survey will appear and ask for your GA Golf Australia Handicap Number - if you obtain this at any point after your purchase, please reach out to our support team and we will add you into the challenge.

We can 100% offer a subscription as a gift, to do this, upon checking out ensure you put the name and address for the person you are gifting the subscription to into the shipping address and not the billing address.

When your order is fulfilled, you will be given a tracking number. This number can be entered into our tracking page for updates - All parcel post has tracking notifications for every part of your parcels journey to you!

There may be a problem with your credit card or address details. The billing address should match what your bank has on file. Please review and ensure your post code is entered correctly. Sometimes its also the way you have formatted the address.
You will receive an email conformation once the order has been shipped, it will also contain your tracking details. Make sure to check you spam/junk folder. Keep in mind, it may take up to 24 hours foe your tracking information to fully update after it has been dispatched.

While we hope that you love your Envee Subscription, we understand that things happen. We'll offer a full refund no questions asked as long as you return the box within 30 days of your order. Depending on the nature of return, we may require shipping to be covered back to us due to the lower price point of the box.
Only once we recive the box and ensure all items are returned an in good order will we offer the refund.
