IS IT EASY TO CANCEL?
While we recommend trying out the subscription for at least 3 months to get a good feel for our wholistic approach, there is no commitment whatsoever.
It's very easy to cancel your subscription at any time using the customer portal or reaching out to our team via the online chat or the contact us page.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE AN ITEM?
While we try our best to cater the boxes for everyone, it is very difficult to suit everyones style! Please let us know if you want to swap out an item!
HOW DO I GIFT A SUBSCRIPTION?
To gift an subscription box subscription, simply go through the get started page, select the subscription option you would like (quarterly, 6-monthly or annual payment). Upon checking out ensure you put the name and address for the person you are gifting the subscription to into the shipping address and not the billing address fields. Be sure to put your details in the billing address fields and not the shipping address fields.
DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ?
Your membership automatically renews at the next bill date, for Eagle boxes this is the 10th each quarter & for Essential boxes it's the 10th each month.
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime, no hassles!
