Use a measuring tape.

A. Hips

Measure around the fullest point of your hip area while standing.

B. Leg Opening

Measure from the top of your ankle around your leg.

C. Inseam

Measure from the crotch to the bottom of the pants.

D. Waist

Measure around your natural waistline just above your navel.

E. Rise

Measure from the crotch to the waist band of the pants.
