(Q) I have an error with entering my shipping & billing details, whats wrong?

(A) There may be a problem with your credit card or address details. The billing address should match what your bank has on file. Please review and ensure your post code is entered correctly. Sometimes its also the way you have formatted the address.

(Q) My order wont go through... can you help me? 

(A) Double check your billing and shipping details. If your still having errors, please head to our contact page. 

(Q) I need to change some details on my order, what should I do?

(A) Please contact us Immediately, as we process our orders within a few orders to assure a speedy shipping time, once the order is processed however, we're unable to make changes. 

(Q) Where is my order confirmation and tracking details? 

(A) You will receive an email conformation once the order has been shipped, it will also contain your tracking details. Make sure to check you spam/junk folder. Keep in mind, it may take up to 24 hours foe your tracking information to fully update after it has been dispatched.
