HOW DO I KNOW WHAT'S IN THE BOX?
We like to be as transparent as possible, so you know exactly what you're getting for your hard earned money! In our main menu there is a section called "What's in the box?".
This page shows exactly what's in the current box, future boxes and past boxes!
IS IT EASY TO CANCEL?
While we recommend trying out the subscription for at least 3 months to get a good feel for our wholistic approach, there is no commitment whatsoever.
It's very easy to cancel your subscription at any time using the customer portal or reaching out to our team via the online chat or the contact us page.

HOW DO THE PAYMENTS WORK?
Our Essentials Subscription is a Monthly subscription.
Our Eagle Subscription is a quarterly subscription.
Monthly Subscription - You will be billed upon checkout, you will then be billed for the next renewal on the 10th day, every month until you cancel.
Quarterly Subscription - You will be billed upon checkout, you will then be billed for the next renewal on the 10th day, 3 months later until you cancel your subscription.
6 Monthly Subscriptions - You will be billed for multiple boxes, you will receive a box each quarter (2 boxes), then be billed every 6 months.
Yearly Subscriptions - You are only billed once upon your purchase, you will then be sent a box each quarter - 4 boxes total.
Our Eagle Subscription is a quarterly subscription.

To gift an Eagle Box golf box subscription is easier than you think!
Simply just go through the standard flow by clicking the "Get Started" buttons around the website, however be sure to add in the recipients details for the shipping address field at the checkout!
DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW ?
Your membership automatically renews at the next bill date, for Eagle boxes this is the 10th each quarter & for Essential boxes it's the 10th each month.
You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime, no hassles!

WHAT IF A SHIRT DOESN'T FIT?
We will replace it with the correct size…no questions asked. We even pay for the shipping! Yes, you heard that right. We are pretty awesome.
