Here at Envee we want to be as transparent as possible! This is why we show you exactly what will be in your boxes, this way you can do you own research and see the savings for yourself before your purchase!

Our Eagle Subscription is a quarterly subscription. Quarterly Subscription -  You will be charged upon checkout,  you would then be charged for the next renewal on the 10th day, 3 months later until you cancel your subscription.

6 Monthly Subscriptions - You will receive a box each quarter (2 boxes), You will then be billed every 6 months.

Yearly Subscriptions - You are only billed once upon your purchase, you will then be sent a box each quarter - 4 boxes total. 

While we recommend trying out the subscription for at least 3 months to get a good feel for our wholistic approach, there is no commitment whatsoever. You may cancel your subscription at any time using the customer portal or reaching out to our team via the online chat or the contact us page. 

Straight fter your purchase you will be sent an email that has a link to the customer portal, from here you can change all aspects of the subscription, customer sizing, shipping address, payment details & even add more items to your subscription. 

After your purchase of either subscription, you will be sent a link to create an account to manage your subscription, from this portal you can; Modify your delivery dates, change payment methods, pause your subscription, skip renewals and cancel at any time! - If you would like to visit this page, please CLICK HERE.

While we hope that you love your Envee Subscription, we understand that things happen. We'll offer a full refund no questions asked as long as you return the box within 30 days of your order. Depending on the nature of return, we may require shipping to be covered back to us due to the lower price point of the box.

Only once we recive the box and ensure all items are returned an in good order will we offer the refund.
